Admission in a government college for B.Arch is considered at 90+ in NATA and 300+ in JEE Mains paper 2.
So, you are advised to google the cut-off for govt. institutes.

For 1-year or pass out batches, it around 1.1 lakh.
Also, you can avail some scholarships on courses by taking FTRE (FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam) only if you perform well.

Your question is not stated properly.
Either you mean to say ECE or CCE (any institute), but if it is ECE then you should check the cut-off on JoSAA portal.

I think you were thinking that you will get a seat alloted in Jadavpur University based on your SC category rank. It is false.
Admissions in JU for SC/ST category are done through the general rank. SC/ST students cut-off is different.
