Getting in MANIT with this rank seems little difficult. But, you may still try for other nits and gfits offering B.Arch courses. Check out jossa site for the complete list of collages offering your preferred course. Instead trying for some private collages and university would also be a good option.

Hello Sujit,
To get admission in NITs, you need to have 75% marks in your board exams as you have got only 50%, you have no chance to get an NIT. It is better if you choose a college that offers admission based on both JEE Main scores and board exam scores.
All the best.

Hello Amjad,
Please make your question clear. In which college you want to get admission? Your score is low to get the top NITs. You can try for some colleges that offer admission based on your JEE Mains score as well as board exam score.

Hello,
There are very low chances for you to get NIT with this score. If you belong to the general category then you will not be deemed qualified. You might get an NIT if you belong to SC/ST category, but there are no chances of getting a college.
You just need to score 75% in HSc to satisfy the eligibility criteria, your JEE Mains core should be good. So, try for some better colleges with your board exam marks or with both JEE Mains and board marks.

Hello Disha,
If you get the best private university like BITS, Pilani, VIT, Manipal, etc., then you can go for any one of them. These are all some of the best private universities in India. They ask for a high fee, but the quality of education and placements will be good. With this score, you cannot get a good college. As IIT-JEE requires 75%, you are not eligible to get admission in IITs, NITs, etc. Dropping a year for IIT depends on you. You need to work hard and should have the confidence and passion. Yes, during the campus placements or in any other place, you need to face a situation in which you must explain the reason for droppin

Yes, you are eligible for counseling. Admissions are based on your rank and not on that you qualify JEE Mains or not.

Hello Varsha,
The admission into Anna University and its affiliated colleges is based on your caste wise cut-off marks. Your cut-off is too low to get a top college. If you belong to SC/ST category then you can surely get a good college.
You are advised to apply for counselling under Anna University (TNEA 2017).
Mention your caste then I may help you.

Hello Aniruddh,
Please mention your JEE Main scores as you have not specified it. It is not possible to tell the colleges that you can get with your score.
