2.Sastra University

Hello Amber,
Don't worry if you didn't qualify JEE Mains, there are still many colleges where you may join.
Let me clear my friend you have only one option that is engineering that means BE and B.Tech both are the same things only. The difference in the nomenclature of the name so you may join the college who gives BE or B.Tech, there is no problem.

In Maharashtra, there are a lot of colleges that you deserve you like DY Patil Institution of Management and Research Pune, Sandip foundation-Nashik, etc.

Admissions in LNMIIT is on the basis of JEE Mains score and not rank. The basic cut-off is that you should have cleared Mains. Individual branches cut-offs are announced later based on the number of seats available for the course.
