Yes. In JEE Advanced there are different types of questions.
You can have:
1) Fill in the Blanks (1 Mark)
2) True or False (1 Mark)
3) MCQs (1 Mark) (One Correct Answer)
4) MCQs (One or More than One Correct) (1 Mark)
5) Subjective Problems
6) Comprehension Based Questions
7) Assertion and Reason
8) Integer Type Question

No, there is no need to take a second drop. As I think that your score has not improved a lot by taking first drop for one year.
Actually, you have qualified JEE Mains exam as the cut off marks for SC is 32 only. So you better try the colleges that accept both JEE Main scores as well as the board exam scores. You have good score in board exams.
So, don't waste time. If you decide to take another year drop then join a good IIT coaching centre. But don't waste time.

The admission for Anna University and its affiliated colleges depends on your category. For every category, there is a particular cut-off marks.
PSG Institute Of Technology is one among the top 10 colleges under Anna University. And, it is very worthy to study there.
You need to have a cut off marks of atleast 190-195. Only then you may get PSG, Coimbatore.
