Acc. to the last years' [2016] report it was around 150.
This year's listings are yet to be declared but if the cut-off for general candidates to be promoted to the Adv. is 81 then The minimum score would be definitely around 100-110 (it's just an approximation).
If you want you can check: -http://pict.edu/admissions/cut_off/

Yes, every state college has around 10 to 20% seats reserved for admission through JEE Mains.
Just wait for the counselling of state colleges to start through JEE Mains.

Hi Vibhor, you can get the main campus of SRM university but it is not possible to get ECE there with a rank of 30397 but in all other campuses you can easily get ECE with your rank.
You can use the rank predictors to know a list of courses that you can get.

Yes, you're eligible to get the admission at Chitkara University, Himachal Pradesh with the mentioned JEE ranks as the eligibility required for B.Tech is JEE-Mains mandatory and 12th cleared with a minimum aggregate of 60% in PCM, so just apply as early as possible before the seats gone over. The counselling will take place once JEE and class XII results will be out. You get yourself registered with Chitkara University by filling up the form. Hi Gaurav, the ranks between 1-10000 are called for counseling. So if your rank is below 30000 , you may get a seat easily without paying lot of money.
Since your rank is 42072 , you will be called for counseling but it is not sure that you will get admission. If you get , you will be placed only in category 3,4 or 5 only.
So attend the counseling and you will know exactly which category you can get but there are less chances only to get category 1 or 2.
All the best!
