I strongly suggest you to go through BIT, Thapar University, PEC University Punjab Technical University as your rank is less you must seat in the JOSAA counselling to get selected in NIT.

Yes, you can get, but what's score of GUJ-CET because for ACPC, it is 60:40 ratio of GUJ-CET and board result.

Yes, you are eligible for admission in PEC.
PEC conducts a test every year to take admission in that college.
Hurry up, you have to visit PEC for admission.

Yes, if you live in Punjab then go for CSE and if you live outside of Punjab the ECE and civil engineering are the best options.
