There is a huge difference between boards syllabus and of IIT syllabus. You may not clear IIT by reading only boards oriented study material.
Have a look over the syllabus of IIT JEE.

If you wrote the exam, you may get any of the campuses of VIT, and for management quota, you need to talk to the VIT officials.

As per the level of question paper, it may be between 100-105 for general, 65-70 for OBC and around 45-50 for SC/ST students.

If you are asking for JEE Mains 2016 exam cutoff, then following are of all the caste category:
For general category, it is 100 marks.
For OBC, it is 70.
For SC, it is 53.
And, for ST, it is 44.
