With less than 30% marks in JEE Mains, just think if you would have got these marks in 12th what would have happened? Any government college gets students in drives and this pushes up the cut-offs. It's not possible with these marks to get admission in any government college.

If you are expecting to get less than 33% in JEE Mains, just think again. With these marks, you would have failed in 12th. I fear it's quite difficult for you to get admission in any government college.
