Building Technology and Construction Management (CE1), Environmental Engineering (CE2), Geotechnical Engineering (CE3), Hydraulic and Water Resources Engineering (CE4), Structural Engineering (CE5), Transportation Engineering (CE6) this branch comes in civil but in all you have to choose according to your choice and interest but building, structural, transportation are demanding branch.

It's quite puzzling as to why you are expecting only 35 marks in JEE Mains when you are expecting 80% in your 12th. Have a positive attitude. Dream big.
With 35 marks, you can perhaps get admission only via management quota of a private engineering college.

Frankly speaking, I see no chances for you in the normal course of admissions. I suggest you discuss with your parents/teachers. Maybe take a break of 1-year, study hard and see what happens. Else, take admission through management quota of a private engineering college or go for some other profession.
