Yes, as per low percentage in +2 your rank in JEE Mains gets affected. If you want to opt CSE, you should head over to private colleges of your state. All the best for future.

from next year JEE Mains will not accept board percentage and other changes will be clarified next year when bill will get passed in parliament

let's take that you will give JEE after 2016 so board marks will not matter so you should get a minimum of 170 marks in JEE Mains
