Hey Nampally,
It would be a tough call to get a seat in NIT but you can wait for the counseling. But I would also recommend you to apply for some other best private institutes also so that you are not in problem at a later stage. You can consider some top colleges to apply. Some suggestions -

JEE - Joint Entrance Exam is a common exam conducted yearly by CBSE for admissions in engineering streams into top and prestigious colleges of India.
However this year exam has been over now but you can still apply for some other entrances if you didn't appear for JEE. Below are some suggestions for you.

Getting in government colleges with this score would be little difficult as their cut-off is little high.There are some premier private institutions that are doing equally good as them .They along with assured placements provides a stage where one can implement technical skills in his projects and research. Here are some of these institutes:
1.BITS
2.VIT
3.Lovely Professional University
Lovely Professional University provides an excellent infrastructure, even the university is having tie-ups with more than 50+ countries providing stage where they can sharpen their skills at most.
