Hi Nikhil,
Yes, it is wise to join an institute to prepare for JEE parallel to class 12th studies as the JEE exam pattern is based on 12th c;ass PCM and hence a thorough revision and practice are carried on side by side.
The mantra to success is dedication, commitment and determination. Stay focused and work hard towards goal attainment. You will certainly reap results, remember hard work always pays off. Don't underestimate your potential, you are worth a thousand sparrows. Don't let your fear demotivate you or derail you from your future aspirations.
I hope it helps. Please feel free to revert.
Wish you luck.

This score may not benefit you i getting admission ,so in order to get admission in some premier institute you need to qualify their entrance examination.here are some of the institutes that are doing really good and along with good placements also provide a good platform to sharpen your skills.here are some of the colleges where you can get admission by qualifying in their exam and thereby availing high scholarship:
1.Lovely Professional University
2.VIT
3.BITS
you can enquire about their admissions by visiting their website .the LPU_NEST is yet to follow ,you can apply for that .hurry up !

Yes it is good enough to prepare. You have to work hard and practice a lot for it. You have to focus equally in all three subjects and also revised the previous year questions to get an idea of standard of questions.

You can't get any govt institute with this score but you can get good private colleges like Jaypee Institute of Engineering and Technology, Galgotia, UPES Dehradun, UTM Shillong, MNIT, BITs etc. These have good placements, infra and faculty.
