I am sorry to disappoint you but it seems difficult that you may get any government college as the percentage criteria is 60% in 12th PCM however you may try some of the private colleges mentioned below.

12th good % is not necessary for jee main or advance.

simple.find your keen interest nad do btech in that feild.
