You have too low score in JEE mains but an excellent score in your board exams. You may not get a good college based on your JEE score but your board marks will help. You can check out the following colleges as they are having best placement and ranking from the industry.

No chance. But if you are a ST or SC candidate, there are very little chances for you in your home state NIT.

Forget about your jee score if you're going to private colleges they will let you in if you are qualifying there min. criteria which is not hard to get. Just fees is what you should care about. I suggest you to contact those college directly as there contact no. are easily available on Web and ask them about fees and all you wanna know.
