With an SRMJEE rank of 16644, you are likely to get admission to a branch like Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or Electronics and Communication Engineering at either the SRM Kattankulathur campus (KTR) or one of the other SRM campuses, depending on the availability of seats and your specific branch preference; however, securing a top branch like Computer Science Engineering at KTR might be challenging at this rank.

Yes, you can choose your NCHMCT JEE exam center while filling out the application form. However, the final allotment depends on availability and preference order.

How to Choose the Exam Center?

  • While applying, you can select up to four preferred cities from the given list.
  • NTA will allocate a center based on your choices and availability.

Important Points to Note:

  • Exam centers are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Once allotted, you cannot change your exam center.
  • Your final exam center will be mentioned on the admit card.

Candidates preparing for Shivaji University are only required to appear for the JEE Main entrance exam. Students who secure above the 75 percentile in JEE Main 2024 Session 2 will have fair chances to secure a seat at the institute. Further, they need to start preparing for the counselling session.
