No. Right now, the way forward for B.E./ B.Tech admissions into the St. Joseph's College of Engineering is the entrance through TNEA itself. They do not permit college-based admissions, too.
TNEA admissions- ranking and seat allocations through 10+2 and JEE Main Scores where applicable. Apply TNEA during application process preferably in May-June period itself.

No, direct admission can be accessed at Shri GS Institute of Technology & Science Indore. The institute selects students only based on merit. There is only one way of getting admission to the BTech programme is through -JEE Mains. However, if somebody has a reservation beforehand it is a good thing. State domicile quotas are available, hence most of the students get the legislative provisions. Reservations are there for gender, caste, and income; thus all the students get equal opportunities.

The main registration and exam dates for TNEA 2024 are as follows:

Registration: Online registration of TNEA will start from May 4, 2024 and closes by June 4, 2024.
Merit List: The merit list will be issued on July 12, 2024.
Counseling: TNEA Counselling will start generally from rank list declarations. The specific dates for various categories and special rounds will be announced later.
