There isn't any minimum score required for Biochemical Engineering itself. However, it is recommeneded to score a good rank in JEE Main in order to get a specialisation of your choice.
Moreover, it also depends from university to university as the eligibility crietria vary.

Candidates can face difficulty in payment of application fees due to various reasons like
- Slower internet connection while paying fees
- Slow bank server
- Insufficient balance in bank
In case any candiate faces issues while trying to pay JEE Main application fees, they should try paying the fees after some time. Candidates can also try logging out the application form process once and then try paying application fee again after logging in. If the situation still persists, students can contact NTA JEE Main helpline number.

Candidates can pay JEE Main application fees using any one of the following method
- Credit/debit card of any nationalised bank
- Internet banking
- UPI
- Paytm
Before paying the application fee, candidates should check whether there is requisite balance in the Bank Account / Wallet/Debit/credit card. In case any candidate faces difficulty in the payment of application fees, they can contact NTA helpline number.

No, JEE Main application form can only be filled online. The application form of JEE Main is released only in online mode on the website jeemain.nta.ac.in. There is no option of filling the application form in offline mode. Candidates who do not have a laptop/personal computer can visit the computer centre/common service centres to fill the application form. While filling the JEE Main 2026 application form, candidates will also have to upload scanned image of their photo and signature. Candidates belonging to reserved category (Gen-EWS/SC/ST/OBC-NCL) also need to upload the category certificate.

IIT Mandi JEE Advanced Cutoff was released for Round 3. The Cutoff ranks were released for different categories under the AI Quota. For the General AI category candidates, the most competitive course was BTech in Computer Science and Engineering, with the closing Cutoff of 2909. The easiest course to get into was B.Sc in Chemical Sciences, for which the Cutiff closed at 15365, for the General AI category candidates.For the OBC AI category candidates, the most competitive course was CSE, with the Cutoff of 1269. The easiest course for the OBC AI category candidates was B.Sc in Chemical Sciences, with the Cutoff of 5884.

Even with a rank as low as 222,000, entry into a desired college for Aeronautical Engineering might not be possible due to high cutoffs. You can, however, seek admission in colleges based on your JEE Mains scores. Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science offers Aeronautical Engineering at Chennai. School of Aeronautics SOA, Neemrana, Rajasthan, takes admission based on JEE Mains scores. Apart from these, there are institutions like Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology and SRM Institute of Science and Technology which do offer related courses and may take up your rank. You can join Haldia Institute of Technology with the JEE Main Exam. Candidates appearing for BTech programmes are required to qualify for the JEE Main exam before the admission process. The institute has the eligibility criteria set by the institute for the BTech programme.

Yes, candidates willing to take admission to the IIT Dhardwad BTech programme, must appear for the JEE Main exam. The institute accepts the JEE Advanced scores for admission to its BTech programme. However, to qualify for the JEE Advanced exam, candidates have to first appear for the JEE4 Main exam. Dharwad IIT, also accepts other national-level entrance exams such as GATE for admission to its specific courses.

IIT Dharwad course admissions are based on various entrance exam scores. The institute accepts several national-level entrance exams such as JEE Advanced and GATE, for admission to its various courses. Candidates willing to join the BTech programme at IIT Dharwad can't do so without appearing for the JEE Advanced exam. However, for admissions to the M.Tech and MS programmes offered at the institute, candidates don't have to appear for the JEE Advanced exam. IIT Dharwad M.Tech and MS admissions are based on the GATE scores.
