Yes, you can enrol in the Jain Deemed-to-be University's Faculty of Engineering and Technology in Bangalore to pursue a B.Tech without taking the JET exam.
JEE Advanced, COMEDK UGET, Uni-GAUGE, and KCET this type of entrance exams is also acceptable. Thus, you may be qualified for admission to the B.Tech programme at the Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Jain Deemed-to-be University in Bangalore, if you have a good score on any of these exams.

If you meet the eligibility criteria for the JEE Advanced exam, there is no requirement for you to obtain 75 percent in 12th grade so that you can be accepted at IITs. Admission is solely dependent on how one has done in the entrance exam and not their class 12 grades as far as the JEE Advanced is concerned.

Yes, you can still apply for Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women (IGDTUW) even if you have not cleared GATE and CUET PG exams. Admission to IGDTUW is based on different entrance exams and while GATE and CUET are accepted for some programs, different courses have different criteria and exams.
