Assam CEE counselling is held online for all eligible and qualified candidates. Based on the decided counselling dates, the candidates will have to register and fill out their choices. After the final date, no applications will be accepted. The authorities will not accept offline applications for the Assam CEE counselling. After allotment, the candidates will have to physically report to their institute for confirmation of admission. If the candidate fails to confirm their admission before the final date, then their allotment will be cancelled.

The official date for commencement of classes for qualified Assam CEE candidates has not been announced. After counselling is over, candidates will be informed about class commencement date. On date of  commencement of classes, candidates will have to report to institute and attend classes.

Assam CEE counselling will be conducted by the authorities of the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Assam. Since  Assam Science & Technological University (ASTU) is only responsible for the application, examination and result process, DTE will be responsible for the counselling and seat allotment process. All details regarding the Assam CEE counselling will be prepared and released by the authorities of DTE Assam online.

Qualified candidates have to register for Assam CEE counselling for admission. All details have to be filled and preferred courses and colleges have to be selected. Assam CEE seat allotment will be done based on rank and preferences.

Yes.  The candidates will be required to verify their provisional certificates during the Assam CEE counselling process. All of the important original documents and their photocopies have to be submitted for verification to confirm the allotment. In case the candidates do not have the original documents, then they can submit their provisional certificates. If the candidates are unable to present their provisional certificates, then their allotment may get cancelled.

After Assam CEE counselling, candidates will have to confirm admission by verifying their documents. Some important documents that have to be verified are Assam CEE admit card, residential certificate, 10th and 12th class marksheets, category certificate and colour passport sized photographs.

No. The candidates will not be able to choose their preferred Assam CEE counselling dates. The authorities will decide and release the Assam CEE counselling dates online at the official website. To participate in the Assam CEE counselling process, the candidates will have to register, fill out their choices and pay the fee. Assam CEE counselling will be held online. However, after allotment, the candidates will have to confirm their admission by reporting to the allotted institute.
