Note: The Symbiosis Institute of Technology (SIT) (Pune and Nagpur) also admit students through JEE Mains/ MHT-CET/ other state level entrance test. For Engineering, if a candidate applies to seek admission on the basis of test other than SITEEE then he/she need not register for SITEEE; rather he/she may apply directly to the concerned institute through the institute website.

Vellore Institute of Technology mentions the VITMEE exam pattern in the official notification. Applicants appearing in the exam are advised to go through the VITMEE exam pattern for their preparations. There will be 100 questions in VITMEE 2026 exam. 80 questions will be asked from the core subject, while 20 questions will be asked from the English language.

Yes, GATE exam score is valid for admissions to M.Tech courses at Vellore Institute of Technology. Applicants can also apply through VITMEE exam score 2026. Candidates appearing through the GATE score must upload their scorecard at the time of filling the application form.

Candidate must have passed Class 12 (10+2) or equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Computer Science/ Informatics Practices/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies from any recognised Board with a minimum of 45% marks or equivalent grade (40% marks or equivalent grade for Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribes).

No, Vellore Institute of Technology will not entertain any request for change in exam centre after issuing VITMEE admit card. Candidates can add the centre choices at the time of filling application form. Candidates are advised to fill exam centre preference carefully to avoid any problem later.

No, VITMEE 2026 application form is available online only. The conducting authority - The Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) will release the VITMEE application form for MTech admission on the official website. Applicants must visit the official website to fill out the application form at vit.ac.in. The form process comprises the registration process, followed by uploading of the documents and payment of the application fees. Also, candidates are advised to keep a copy of the filled application for future reference.

JEE Main is one of the accepting exams for BTech admission at SNU Noida. High performers may be offered direct admissions based on their JEE (Mains) score in 2024 or 2023. The University reserves the right to interview the candidate in case needed. Candidates with 76 percentile in JEE Main have the chance of getting into BTech programme of SNU.
The aggregate requirement is at least 65% in Class 12. Aspirants scoring equal or above can easily get into BTech CSE programme of SNU Noida.

The authorities have discontinued the Assam PAT exam. Polytechnic admission in Assam is now done based on the qualifying examination. The authorities will prepare a merit list of all the registered candidates for admission.

Yes, the authority extended the last date for CUSAT CAT 2024 registration. Candidates applied for CUSAT CAT 2024 up to March 20, 2024, with a fine of INR 100. Candidates applied by visiting the official website, and a direct link was also provided on this page.
