Hello Kronzie, this year authorities have reduced percentage of 12th requirements by 5%. Hence it is now 45% & 40% for general category and reserved catagory students respectively. Cummins college of engineering in Pune for women is well known for its academic performance as well as vibrant placement cell. Hence if you are getting admission in any branch, it's okay as far as placements are concerned. On the other hand about 50% of fresh engineering graduates could not be placed in year before last. But then B.Sc. Will not ensure any placements either. So my advice is to go for engineering in Cummins college. Best wishes to you.

Dear Akshay, The entrance test for engineering is MHT CET and it is conducted by CET Cell, Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra. And the entrance test score is valid for all branches of engineering. The JEE national level entrance test score too is valid in Maharashtra for Engineering admission which is conducted by National Testing Agency.
