Hello Ryan Smith,
Failing in physics or any subject in the HSC Board and getting a good score in MHT CET actually are not related issues. However a student is declared to have cleared MHT CET only and only if he has cleared his HSC board examination. So I am sure you are asking the question perhaps with the assumption that a person has failed and then subsequently cleared HSC and then went on to score good marks in MHT CET. Yes, he will be definitely be eligible to get admission in PICT or COEP, after fulfilling all the related criteria if any. Hello Rakesh,
Admissions to colleges or universities in Canada would be granted based on 12 years of schooling. As you have done this, I am sure you would get admission. However, be advised that admission for graduation abroad is based on many factors and there are many nuances to the whole process. In view of this, I would like to advise you that please approach an agency dealing with sending students to Canada. They would be aware of all nuances and will take care of them.

Hello Ashish,
There are plenty of colleges in Maharashtra offering automobile engineering branch. Now colleges in Maharashtra have the admission based on MHCET conducted by government of Maharashtra. However the list contains names of some colleges which are part of deemed university status. Such institutes conduct their own exam and hence you will have to appear for their own exam if you want to get admission.
