There are plenty of colleges in Maharashtra offering automobile engineering branch. Now colleges in Maharashtra have the admission based on MHCET conducted by government of Maharashtra. However the list contains names of some colleges which are part of deemed university status. Such institutes conduct their own exam and hence you will have to appear for their own exam if you want to get admission. You can apply for college change if you are changing the college in same University. Otherwise, you have to start the College from the first year.

Definitely, it's a good choice to pursue BE in aeronautical engineering from ADCOE. It has a good academic background, so you can prefer it.

Hello Mayur, I don't think you can get admission in a college in Madhya Pradesh via lateral mode. Invariably there, as well as in Maharashtra, admissions are restricted to only those students who are domicile of the state concerned. I will like to advise you to register for the lateral admission in your own state.
