Your dreams are ok. But to achieve dreams, one needs to study dedicatedly. Something seems to be amiss. Just 24 marks out of 360? If you want to achieve your dreams then I suggest take break of one year, study with dedication and aim for scoring 300+.
With present marks, you have no chance.

Admissions to all colleges in Maharashtra is based on MHTCET and neither on JEE Mains nor on marks obtained in 12th. You will have to appear in MHTCET if you want to get admission in any college of Mumbai.

For admissions in engineering colleges in Maharashtra, you have to appear for MHTCET but normally seats are reserved only for domiciles of Maharashtra. However, you can get admission from management quota of private colleges.
