St. Thomas, is a strict college and RCC it's in this term leniant. As per faculties and resources, I don't think there is much to compare.
You can see the area and surrounding. Access to RCC from any location is easier than to ST. THOMAS. Placements are also almost similar. Maybe I'll say RCC is a slight advantageous.
So, good luck and make your wise choice.
Thanks.

There are several colleges affiliated with UPTU that offer quality education and have a good placement record. While it is true that some colleges affiliated with UPTU may have a lower placement record compared to other colleges, it is not fair to generalize all colleges under UPTU based on a few exceptions. There are several factors that can influence the placement record of a college, such as the quality of education, infrastructure, faculty, industry collaborations, and location. Based on your UPTU rank and MAH OBC-NCL rank, you may have the chance to get admission to good colleges through counseling. However, the final college that you can get admission to will depend on several factors such as the availability of seats, your preferred courses, and your location preferences. You can also check the previous year's cutoff scores of various colleges to get an idea of the minimum score required for admission to different colleges and courses.
