You'll primarily have to give JEE Mains or MHT CET and after that, you have to apply separately for the college through any of the two exam also for Pune colleges like IIAE, SRCOE PUNE, UNIPUNE etc. Are some college you can apply for the same.

As per my knowledge and research it will me little difficult because your rank is above 15000, there are almost 4 campuses, Chennai, Coimbatore, Kerala. But it is depending on which stream you are Willing to get in, but computer Science and engineering is one of the top demanding course in this college so you need to secure good rank to get in that course, Best of luck.
