Admission is purely on the meirt rank of the JEE-Main percentile. For B.Tech in C.S.E at LNMIIT, You have to scored atleast 97 percentile in JEE-Mains. The applicant must have secured the 60 percent marks or equivalent grade in aggregate in the Class 12th examination as well as in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry from a recognized board. Applicants appearing in the Class 12th examination are also eligible to apply.

The total tuition fees for BTech is INR 15,600 and INR 2.4 lakh at Jadavpur University. Aspirants must pay the course fees to confirm their seat.

Different entrance exams conducted for admission to Ph.D. in Engineering and Technology are GATE, SLET, TIFR GS, NET JRF etc. Universities that conduct entrance exams do not ask for a UGC NET certificate as a mandatory requirement.
