The minimum academic qualification for admission in B.E. /B.Tech. Programme in Rajasthan is passed with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/Non creamy layer OBC/ Non creamy layer MBC and PwD category of Rajasthan State) in the final examination of class 12th (10+2) of Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan (RBSE) or Central Board of Secondary Education CBSE or any other examination recognised.

Hello,
JIIT released B.Tech cutoff upto eleven rounds. The closing ranks for B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering was 46,359, for Information Technology was 1,40,463, for Electronics was 50,497 and Communication Engineering and Biotechnology was 1,94,935.

To get CSE at Amrita Coimbatore, you must have a rank of less than 1200. The AEEE cut-off is determined by the university authorities keeping in view the factors such as the total number of candidates taking the examination, the level of difficulty of the examination, and so on.

25% is the minimum cut off for qualifying in TS EAMCET. Which means even if you score 40 marks, you will qualify in TS EAMCET. But mere qualifying doesn't get you a seat.

A laws exist in India to protect students from harassment by teachers professors. RTE ACT 2009 states :
Prohibition of physical punishment and mental harassment to child (1) No child shall be subjected to physical punishment or mental harassment. (2) Whoever contravenes the provisions of sub-section (1) shall be liable to disciplinary action under the service rules applicable to such person.

The minimum qualifying marks for the Andhra Pradesh EAMCET exam is 25% of the total marks as the total marks are 160 and 355 of 160 would be 40 marks. As you have got only 35 marks, you would not be qualified in the Andhra Pradesh EAMCET exam.
