Without a doubt, the percentile should range from 95 to 98. Then and only then do you stand a chance of getting a respectable branch. If your percentile is high let's say, over the 95th percentile you don't need any IPE markings at all. Numerous times, applicants with 930 IPE marks and high JEE Mains scores have been offered seats.

Based on previous year trends, the minimum marks in JEE Main 2022 for admission to top NITs is about 200 (equivalent to rank below 5000). For 75 percentile you will get other universities with CSE branch. But for NITS or IITS it is not possible. For home state NIT, for ST people 93 percentile and above can do the work . For SC people 94 and above for home state.
