Without JEE exams you cannot get into any of the NITs or IITs. However you can give entrance exams of your state and get into any of the good engineering college of your state. Or you can take a year drop and prepare for JEE exams and give it a try next year. Don't lose hope you have many choices left grab those. Good luck.

Yes you can get the M.Sc. Degree if you have secured at least 50 percent in B.Sc. Course.

If you want to move to core side and you are really interested in core field you can get good job based on your performance
But you are interested in IT field you have more choices in many companies it is totally up to you
