Yes ofcourse but the problem is in 1st counseling top colleges get filled may be you can't get deserved college but you can go through second counseling.

First you need to write WBJEE exam in 2024. After getting Good rank in it then after counseling you will get admission in Jadavpur University.

Yes, B.Tech through IIE Delhi is valued in IT Company. But in my opinion u should worry about the college name, get skills enough to crack any IT company.
