It is entirely up to you to choose whatever stream you wish to pursue a career in; no branch is more or less significant than another. For example, excellent engineers are in high demand, so if you're completely serious about securing a brighter future and putting equal effort into it, you will undoubtedly be successful.

Hi, you should attempt to keep your CGPA at slightly above 8 if you want to get hired on-campus. However a majority of employers merely need that you maintain a CGPA of 7. The CGPA of a student is not a concern for certain businesses, who simply rely on their own selection criteria.

Day 1: a maximum of 1300 people would attend the counselling (considering 1 rank is given to multiple candidates) and end up taking close to 80% of the seats. Day 2: first slot must pick the remaining 20%. Hardly any seats are left for the remaining slots. Day 3: Outstation candidates no need to attend. Please check the website before you plan on attending the counselling on Day 3. This is helpful for candidates from Trichy & Tanjore Quota only. If you want to join at any cost, there is an option through management quota for which you should have applied well in advance. Good luck!
