If you manage to qualify JEE Main Cutoff, You would be eligible for JEE Advance which is the intake exam for IITs as mentioned above.

With this percentile your general rank will be more than 1.6 Lacs and OBC rank will be more than 40-50 thousands. With this rank it will be difficult to get good college ( NIT/ IIIT etc. ). But, you can take admission in state or in private colleges.

General Category candidates need to score a minimum of 95+ percentile score to get into NITs. For reserved category candidates, an 80+ percentile score is enough to get into NITs.

Yes, you are eligible for take admission in B.Tech after Diploma (Polytechnic) as a LEET student. If you don't know what is LEET than I clear you those students who already done their Diploma and after that they go for B.Tech in this case student got direct admission in 2nd year.
