Mechatronics is a new branch in engineering. It is a combination of mechanical and electronics engineering. Most of the important subjects of electronics and mechanical engineering are included in this course. As per scope is concerned Mechatronics has wonderful future ahead. As most of the manufacturing industries are beginning to get automated requirement of mechanical engineers with the thorough knowledge in electronics will be preferred. Moreover, in designing and functioning of aircrafts these engineers are going to be employed in a big deal in future. Though the subject is tough it is advisable to opt for mechatronics rather than automobile engineering. Automobile engineering is an area specific course. In the sense that the area of automobiles is given more prominence and emphasis. Although there are many automobile industries are functioning these industries prefer mechanical engineers instead of automobile.
