However to keep the record straight I may advice you that you will get all the required information from the college predictor for MHT CET specially designed by Shiksha which you should download and use. Hello lalesh, in the state of Maharashtra if one sees the status of admissions versus availability of seats in engineering colleges then I am sure you will get admission in this college. However for academic interest I can SEE that you should download the college predictor developed by Shiksha for MHT CET. Once you fill up your ranking this will tell you as to which branch and which college you can get based on your performance. I am sure that buy now you must be studying in one of the engineering colleges hopefully the one that you like. Best wishes to you.

Hello Ritesh Kodre, your query has come to me after almost 2 months of posting and in this intervening period all the admission process in this state of Maharashtra has been completed and classes have also started by now. Your query therefore has an academic interest rather than any practical connotation. Frankly speaking all the information that you are seeking can be extracted from the college predictor designed by Shiksha for MHT CET by entering your ranking in this examination.

College of engineering Pune gives admissions based on the entrance exam conducted by Maharashtra state government called MHT CET. Subsequently the Government of Maharashtra conducts online admission process for all the students so that they are fine it comfortable. College of engineering Pune definitely is on this great and those students who have cleared the entrance exam are definitely required to register themselves on the website of the directory of technical education of the state of Maharashtra and take part in different rounds of centralised admission process or cap.

Hello Karan, if by placements you mean getting admission in an engineering college then yes you are definitely eligible to get admission. But unfortunately, except for the state of Tamil Nadu admission to engineering colleges across India or given based on some or the other and turns exam conducted by the concerned state government and hands direct admission after HSC is not possible.

Hello Yashashri, I am afraid to tell you that engineering courses are just not available online or through distance education. In addition, all the engineering colleges in Pune admit students primary based on the entrance exam conducted by the state government called MHT CET. Of course, there are some seats reserved under all India quota which are filled up by giving admissions based on JEE mains ranking but these seats are very few. By now all the admission process is over and I am sure you would have taken admission in some college.
Best wishes to you.

Hello PS Prasad, I am afraid that you are ranking is not commensurate for getting admission in any of the NITs or GFTI. How ever if your state is using JEE Mains as the entrance examination for admissions to engineering colleges then you do have good chances of getting admission. You could have downloaded college predictor of Shiksha design for JEE Mains and utilise it for predicting which college and branch you could get with your ranking. Best wishes to you.

Hello Alok Raj, I am afraid that you are rank of about 91k in JEE Mains is not going to fetch you any admission in NIT or GFTI. However, if your state government has accepted JEE Mains as the entrance examination for engineering admissions for colleges in your state then you do have great chances of success in getting admission. The best way in such situations is to download the college predictor designed by Shiksha for this particular entrance exam to know which probable colleges you can get based on your ranking. Best wishes to you.
