In TS, the following colleges I would suggest you in terms of growth and excellence.
1. Osmania University
2. JNTUH
3. Vasavi college of engineering
4. Srinidhi institute of engineering and technology
5. VNR Vignana Jyothi institute of engineering and technology
But admission in Stanley Engineering College is not possible at 62000 rank in TS EAMCAT.

GENERAL CANDIDATE:- RANK is less than 450
OBC CANDIDATE:- RANK is less than 650.
In order to be in the safe zone.
By the way at the time of result deceleration the site also releases the previous year cutoff chart. Hence wait for your result.

The required overall rank is around 1400. So you can easily get seat in top tier college like CEG,MIT,PSG,SSN etc. Sightly difficult in CSE,ECE in CEG. Try Self Supporting (SS) seats as well. Hope you'll get admitted in CEG or MIT or PSG.
