Unfortunately, POST COVID, the college does not provide you this facility of paying your fees in instalments, it's better to pay the fees at one time.

You can not get admission to a Master's in Electronics and Communication Engineering with your Higher National Diploma (HND). The reason is that HND is equivalent to the first two years of a Bachelor's degree. It is not a complete degree. The Masters in Electronics and Communication Engineering is a postgraduate level course. To get admission to this course, you will need to have a four-year Bachelor's degree in either B.E. Or B.Tech from a recognised university. However, you may get lateral entry to a B.Tech or BE course in the second year. Hello, My rank was 586 in IPU CET. They don't give marks, they give rankings. If you are getting Under 1000 rank, be it Delhi or Non Delhi, you will definitely land up in top 3 colleges of Ipu. Taking all 3 cut off round and spot round as well. While giving the paper, Be aware there is not written or mentioned anywhere of negative marking but it has. Its all depend on the rank you get we only can predict not more than that. Thank you.

All stream candidates like Science, Commerce and Arts are eligible to apply for BMS Course. However, you must have secured at least 45% marks in 10+2 to apply for BMS Course. You may get admission on the basis of entrance test or the 10+2 merit basis. If you had passed from Arts stream, so even then you are eligible to apply for BMS Course.
