To get into COEP you need to get at least 98 and above percentile. One of my fellows is doing B.Tech in metallurgy form COEP he had 97.21 percentile. He got into that college in institute level round. So to get into good branches like CS/IT/MECH you need to work hard at least score 99+ percentile to get into those branches. To get into CS/IT You'll have to atleast score 99.92+. As in lot of good and old government colleges CS/IT cut off goes above 97 to 99 percentile. ICT IS ONE OF THE BEST COLLEGES TO LEARN CHEMICAL TECH. AND ONE OF ITS ALUMINUS IS VERY FAMOUS
ICT has lots of different branches like chemical engineering, petrochemical engineering, oils and paints engineering, and so on. Chemical engineering being one of the best. You will need to score at least 99 and above percentile to get chemical engineering. You should always check Prev year cut off to get a brief idea about how much marks you actually have to score. Here the marks mentioned are approximated using the last two JEE Main sessions ( Jan and September 2020). The marks required for EWS and OBC candidates are almost parallel for all india quota so one can get the idea for EWS.
