If you want to get into research programme M.Sc, then I think a rank of up to 200 will be fine, but there will be a detailed technical interview. For the course programme (ME), a rank of 30 may or may not get you a seat. A rank of under 10 definitely will, this is generally applicable for all the different streams of GATE through which the Aerospace programme at IISc admits students. The course programme is fairly intensive with 15 courses and A.M.E. Project. My friends used to stay very busy with so much coursework. The research programme has 1 to 1.5 years of research involved and 1-2 publications are expected, course requirement is

It can't be decided on the basis of marks since marks vs rank statistics change every year depending on the level of difficulty.
If your JEE advanced rank is below 8000 then you surely get a seat .This year, rank fall down to 9500 I guess since lots of seats left vacant after final round and then they did spot round admission .
But on being safer side try to get below 8000. All the best for your exam

I can understand from what kind of thoughts you're going through because I myself have been through this tough time because I have also scored les than 60% Marks in my 12th standard. I started self-loathing and I was really depressed but One thing I was sure of that i have will and can do hard work. My family persisted me to do 12th again. And score good marks then Think about college. I didn't know what to do that time because I had no exposure even being in a educated family, I couldn't get mature enough solutions to my problem. Then I decided that I don't want to do my 12th again and I will admission in any Private Engineering Colle

No. This year nobody is going to join IIIT Gwalior. Because no one could clear it's admission criteria. This year it's ranking was higher than IIT Bombay CSE. Also one more point was added that the whole fees has to be paid during the admission only which was 78 lacs. Educational qualifications have also changed this year. One has to be a red zone coder on Codeforces.
So unfortunately no one could qualify. Those who had backlogs will continue in this year's batch as full timer

This is a very good rank and you will get CSE branch in most of the top NIT's. I think the best option would be of NIT Kurukshetra which is ranked 7876th in all NIT rankings of 2020! Then you will have the options of NIT Bhopal NIT Jalandhar NIT Hamirpur NIT Durgapur etc. Although MNIT Allahabad, MNIT Jaipur are ranked behind NIT Kurukshetra but closing rank for CSE branch is much lesser so you won't be able to get CSE there. There would be options of ECE and IT branches in those NIT's but considering that you only want CSE.

I guess it entirely depends upon the vacancy. There is no such cuttoff system. If you get a really good rank, like in the top 300, you can go for these courses, else it entirely depends upon the vacancy. Like if you get a rank between 1500 to 3000, and you want IT or CE, the chances are pretty low because maximum students go for IT and CE. But, when you go for counselling, they give you a form in which you can choose to upgrade to a branch wherein you can fill in your choice and later, you might get upgraded if there is any vacancy.

UEM Jaipur is a very good university. Academics over here is very serious and teachers take their classes very regularly and seriously. Classes continue up to very late hours, and students like it. Even during night, students sit with the teachers practicing their lessons with a lot of interest. Also since it is the placement cell of IEM, and as it is known, that placement of IEM is one of the best in India, it is expected that every student will pass out with very good jobs and the latest cuttoff information for B.Tech in CSE is 26162.

Strategy without tactics is the slowest route to victory. Tactics without strategy is the noise before defeat.
G. S - most important portion where every aspirant lacks. You need one standard book i.e either lucent or manohar pandey and kiran previous year book. I have analysed 2018 and 2019 cgl paper this will help only if you could read my hand writing then it is damn sure that you can laugh on it .
