CSE from VIT Bhopal or Amravati wouldn't make a big difference as placements are centralised. My personal experience says that VIT Bhopal has good teachers. Rest depends on your choice.

I want you to trust me and believe that JEE Advanced is possible to crack in one month. The first thing is don't think about ranks or IITs or future or career opportunities at all for the next month. Day 1: buy these things: JEE Advanced previous year solutions book divided topic wise
DPP sheet of JEE Advanced topic wise with solutions
Online test series have less tests but good quality tests. Rest of the days: don't study anything extra. No extra books. No new material. Solve previous year's problems rigorously from day 1 and SEE their solutions. Solve 1 DPP sheet of any topic every day. For all 3 subjects. Always choose a tough topic.

To manage time for JEE Advanced preparation - don't plan the day. Instead, plan a week. Decide your weekly goals and make sure you study 60hours every week.

Make a to do list for the things you need to complete in a week. Divide it into categories like : previous year questions, assignments, book reading, test etc.

Now fix number of hours to each category. Never plan for more than 40hours. Keep 20hours as flexible. Your brain will want to plan for all 60 hours. But don't do it. Only plan work for 40hours. If you study in this way every week till JEE Advanced exam. You will secure good rank.

Your priority tasks should be:

  1. Solving the previo
