Hi,
MCA at KJ Somaiya Institute of Management is a 2-year post-graduate program and admissions are granted strictly on merit of the last qualifying exam. The Institute accepts a valid MAH-MCA-CET/ GATE/ PERA CET/ SET score.
The eligibility criteria for pursuing an MCA course is a Bachelor's degree with 50% marks in aggregate or it is equivalent. The expected cutoff for 2021 will remain 67 (Opening) and the closing cutoff rank is expected to reach 1,05,000.

It will depend upon the percentile you get in your exam because in JEE Main the ranks are based on the percentile a student get in their respective exam. For more information on how percentile is calculated you can check JEE Main website. You can also check the cutoff of previous years of different nits on the website of JEE Main and can get a rough idea in which NIT you can get admission.

Yes you can definitely give the exam but if you get good rank and want to take admission in IIT, NIT and various other institutes then they have the condition that you should have acquired 75% in your class 12 board exam. Although it may be different for institutes. You can check it on the respective institutes website in which you want to take admission.
