Hello Kartik Ghogale, admissions to various diploma courses across different institutions in the state of Maharashtra are centrally coordinated by the directorate of technical education of Maharashtra. Presently they have announced students who are eligible to register online for seeking admission to diploma courses of various branches in all the colleges. This itself is a clear indication that there are no cut off prescribed for admission. Hello Anthara Nanaware, I can appreciate your angst and anxiety. COEP ranks in the top five engineering colleges in the state of Maharashtra. However, there is no mention of any cutoff for admission to this college. Please try to understand. Admissions are not processed by the college. This job is done by the CET cell of govt of Maharashtra after the declaration of results of MHTCET. Students are to register with them and give preference for admission. All colleges across Maharashtra are included in this process. Hence there is no scope for any college to announce a cutoff. What is announced by colleges after the admission process is o

Hello Priya, presently govt of Maharashtra is slated to conduct entrance exam called MHTCET in the month of August. Then they will conduct centralised counseling. Then only this institution will announce its cutoffs. Knowing cutoffs of previous years is if no use since actual opening and closing ranks of students who got admission is available on the college website. Suffice it to say that it's reputation is next best to IIT Mumbai. As a result the closing ranks are really High. One needs to study well and should try to be in top 10 percentile of MHTCET to have a meaningful shot at admission in this institution. But always remember, th

Hello Vinod Nagpure, now that the results of the 10th have been announced by the Maharashtra state education board and registration for diploma courses is in full swing, I can understand and appreciate the angst and the anxiety in the minds of all those seeking admission. The first thing that comes to mind is whether I will get admission to my most fav college. Let me assure you that Govt Polytechnic Pune has not declared any cutoff below which students are debarred from applying. This is clear from the website of this institution. However, this only means that if a student is fulfilling the criterion of admission then he/she can seek

For Interior Designing you might be interested in giving common entrance exams such as UCEED SEED CEED AIEED. Apart from these you may look and apply for the institutionally based entrance exams which are conducted by the universities themselves as Many universities have their own entrance exam.

Hello! Tushar, You will not be able to get IMU Kolkata with this rank, nor IMU Mumbai. Even IMU Visakhapatnam won't take you with this rank. IMU Kolkata sees a cut off rank 500-600 in general category. I have no idea if there is a girls' quota kind of thing here. However, you get 50% waiver in fee being a girl candidate.
