Assuming from your choices of colleges, I strongly believe you are somewhere from Tamil Nadu. Well, good enough. I did my engineering from Veltech university, which is a deemed university run by the same trust Vel Rangarajan. All these colleges are nuclearly located in the same area in Avadi. Both these colleges, Veltech engineering and Veltech multitech, are located adjacent to each other. Both are government affiliated engineering college but with different names and branch specialities. However, among the two I would rather suggest Multitech. Reasons :
Better Infrastructure : They have well-equipped labs and well stocked library. Also includes, a cafeteria and some big auditorium. Well-qualified professors: For some unknown reasons, Multitech has more numbers of qualified good professors than other branched colleges of the same trust. Placement opportunities: All placement drives would be conducted in Multitech itself. Students from the other branches had to go to Multitech to attend the placement drive. I am not aware of the current scenario, but during my time we had to go to Multitech to attend the placement drive. I have tried to gather all the vital aspects of the college. In no means, I am propagating any college. I have tried to put forward my opinion. Please check all further details with the college itself and I truly hope my opinion helps you.

Hello Anant Behera, I feel that you are confusing between cutoff list and closing list. Cut off is the ranking or the percentile or the marks which are declared by a particular Institute below which they do not accept applications from anyone. In most of the cases this is done to avoid flood of applications when the capacity to admit is very limited. However as a matter of policy or matter of rule no government institute or polytechnic announces any cut off what so ever below which students cannot apply. Be that as it may one needs to obtain a better score in 10th examination to get admission in any of the government polytechnics because there is a huge rush for admission since fees charged or very very less while academics is quite good.

Hello Namra Sheth, yes it is definitely possible to shift and get admission for BCA. There will be plenty of colleges in the place where you live and you just need to find out ask to which college is the best as per as the perceptions of students and which is well known for its academics as well as placements. But always remember getting into BCA is not the same as getting a job and that to a well paying job. You need to study well understand the subject for this only will ensure success for you in your future life and career. This will come in handy in many cases where you need to appear for either entrance exam or job exam or interviews for the job. Best wishes to you.

Hello Rinku Madhya, unfortunately there are plenty of institutes with this name across India and as a result of this it is difficult to tell you about situation of placements particularly in computer sciences branch in the institute of this name. Perhaps if you had mentioned the name of the place where Institute is existing then any counselor would have been able to answer your query almost immediately. Lack of this vital information has perhaps prevented anyone from attempting to answer your question. Be that as it may, let me assure you that the major software firms in India, TCS and Infosys, both are hiring more than 1 Lacs youngsters per year and I am sure they or their agencies would definitely be searching at all the possible colleges in India with the right talent to recruit.
