This could be because of the fact that this polytechnic is government owned and government may not like to prescribe any such restrictions. However, it must be noted that this institution is one of the premier most across Maharashtra and hence almost all the students give their first choice to this college. As a result of this, unless the student has scored quite good marks in 10th examination, the chances of getting admission or very very slim. Therefore, if you are seeking admission in this establishment, then you must score quite well, maybe above 70% in your 10th examination and then and only you will have some chances of getting admission.
