The National Testing Agency NTA conducts the JEE exam for admission to premium IIITs and NITs. JEE Main and JEE Advanced are for getting admission in NITs, IITs, IIITs and GFTIs for B.Tech/ B.Arch/ Integrated courses. While IMUCET is for getting admission in Indian Maritime University and its affiliated colleges in B.Tech/ B.Sc. / DNS courses. So you need to give IMUCET only for getting admission in IMU.

The best options for you are IIIT and NIT because IIIT and NIT also give good knowledge and package. You should apply for IIIT Prayagraj which provides good package and also have a good infrastructure. You can also go for MNIT prayagraj.
