B.Tech lateral entry admission is possible only after you have completed Your Diploma in engineering. Candidates who have completed their engineering Diploma programs can apply for the B.Tech Lateral Entry programs. In most engineering colleges, there's a reserved seat for lateral entry. As per my knowledge, LPU also offers a lateral entry programme. Moreover, 800+ companies that recruit from IITs and NITs also recruit from LPU. Over the last three years, Cognizant alone has recruited 1900+ students from the LPU campus and has been titled with the Most Employable Students consecutively twice in a row by India's top talent company Aspiring Minds. Barring few names in the south, there is hardly any college that can boast of such tall records.
