Both are good but if I have to specify one particular university than I would recommend you LPU. LPU is much better than any other University. It is a UGC recognised and a renowned University and is considered as one among top 5 universities of the country because of its quality education and unbeatable placements, immense on course exposures and a beautiful 600 acres campus to live in with the latest facilities. Before searching for any University, you should compare universities on various parameters like academics, Industrial exposure, placements, infrastructure, On-Campus Facilities & Amenities, Student Activities etc. So, choose the programme and the University to join very wisely. As I have done master from LPU I had a great experience over there and my cousin did his B.Tech CSE. There are lot of opportunity for CSE students in LPU, few are mentioned below:

LPU has good placement record for CSE students. Every year more 500+ companies including national and multinational companies visit LPU for placement. Few of them are Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe etc. In which are placed. Infrastructure: All the facilities are available in the campus itself, a student do not need to go outside for anything. In the campus, Central Library, Hospital facility is available 24*7 for staff and student, shopping mall, Indoor Sports Stadium with 3 Olympic size Swimming Pools, Public/Private Sector Banks, ATM etc. Faculty: All faculty members are well qualified from IITs, NITs, Iims and top ranked universities all over world.
