The minimum qualification for classes 1 to 5, Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or applying in final 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education (or its equivalent). I hate to break it to you, but in the publishing world, a reader is the one who pays to read a book - that is something you can 'become' anytime you choose, all you have to do is buy a book. On the other hand, if by 'reader', you meant 'proofreader', you need to begin by using your punctuation correctly and spell your words like they were originally meant to be spelled. With your current level of mastery of the written word, I would advise you to choose a different career.

If you mean undergraduate degree in hotel management, then you may pursue this course provided you have english as one your subject in class 12th.
Please remember in order to pursue this course you need to be 12th pass from any stream with English as one of the subjects, plus you need to take entrance test conducted by various institutes.
