Hi Jaideep, JEE Main exam centres in Faridabad (City Code: HR03) are usually in top schools or colleges like DAV Public School, Sector-14, and others. The exact centre is mentioned on your admit card or city intimation slip after registration. Faridabad is a valid JEE Main city, so you can definitely choose it during application.

Yes, you can join BA at Shri Krishna University without any entrance score. The university offers merit-based admissions. Hence, the applicants performance in the last qualifying exam, i.e., Class 12 is evaluated. There is no entrance score requirement as of now. However, the aspirants must be Class 12 or equivalent pass to be eligible for the programme.

The PTE exam distinguishes itself from other prestigious English tests based on the following points:

  • The format of the PTE exam is fully computerised. All sections on the exam are meant to be taken online, even the Speaking section, which happens in-person in case of the IELTS test.
  • Unlike the other English tests, you receive automated scoring in the PTE exam. However, starting 2025, human scoring has been incorporated for some section sof the PTE exam which require scoring of the anomalies - which cannot be accurately assessed by the AI.

Hi Nithish, to apply for TS PGECET or Andhra Pradesh PGECET, you must be an Indian citizen with local status in Telangana or Andhra Pradesh. You should have a relevant bachelor's degree like B.Tech, B.Pharm, or equivalent with at least 50% marks (45% for reserved categories). Final-year students can also apply. GATE or GPAT qualifiers don't need to take the exam—they get direct preference.

Hi Akash, the best course after 12th for PCB students depends on your interest. Top options include MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BPT (Physiotherapy), B.Sc Nursing, B.Pharm, and B.Sc in Biotechnology, Microbiology, or Zoology. If you're into research, B.Sc + M.Sc is great. For healthcare jobs, MBBS, BPT, or Nursing are the top choices.

Yes, the PTE test fee vary based on the location, i.e. countries, and in some cases, cities. However, the base fee for the PTE Academic exam is fixed per country—set by Pearson—and not typically influenced by the specific test centre and date. It is worth noting that there is no late registration fee for the PTE exam and thus, the PTE exam fee does not vary based on when you opt to take the exam.

The Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) is a premier institution, and their course-wise cutoffs for the CUET 2024 exam were highly competitive. While they don't always release a single, hard cutoff number, admission is based on the CUET scores for your chosen courses. For sought-after programs like B.A. (Hons.) in Social Sciences or B.A. in Social Work, general category students typically needed a very high score, often above three hundred out of four hundred in the CUET exam. It's best to check the official TISS website or the CUET result portals for the specific merit lists of the previous year to get a clear picture.
