Yes, most of the frequently-taken entrance tests such as JEE Mains, NEET, CUET, and CLAT, you are usually able to submit the application form without waiting till your 10+2 (Class 12th) exam results come. These types normally give you an opportunity to choose between "Appearing" or "Awaiting Results" in your qualifying examination status. But during the counselling or admission procedure after your results are out you may be asked to produce your final 10+2 marksheet and meet the minimum eligibility criteria (i.e. a certain percentage). The rules of each exam are in their specific information brochure, which should always be checked.

91.79 is a good score.Your chances for getting an admission depends upon the category and the state you belong.NITs have 50% reservation for home state students. You have a good chance in getting admission to electrical engineering and mechanical engineering. Maybe you can get admission to Computer Science engineering in newer of less popular NITs.you can explore NITs like NIT arunachal pradesh, NIT Puducherry etc.

No, normally you cannot get a B.V.Sc. (Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry) using the mere CUET score in Assam Agricultural University (AAU). The College of Veterinary Science in AAU mainly uses their own AAU VET (Veterinary Entrance Test) to select students enrolled to study B.V.Sc. Although CUET is applicable to almost all the other undergraduate level courses in central universities, the animal sciences method has its own particular entrance examination namely AAU. In order to be considered in B.V.Sc, you are to qualify in the AAU VET.
