To be eligible for the mop-up round of WBJEE counselling, the candidates will have to meet certain criteria set by the authorities. The following candidates will be considered eligible for the mop-up round.
- All candidates allotted seats, paid seat acceptance fees either in Round 1 or 2, but not taken admission.
- Not allotted in Round 1 or Round 2 of WBJEE counselling.
- Candidates not registered previously (Fresh Registrations).
- All registered candidates except those who have EXIT/Withdrawn from the e-counselling system due to various reasons during the previous rounds.

Yes, WBJEE counselling will be conducted as an online process. To participate in the allotment process, the candidates will have to register online for the WBJEE counselling process. Once registered, the candidates will have to fill out online their choice of colleges and courses in the order of preference. The authorities will also announce the WBJEE seat allotment results online at wbjeeb.nic.in/wbjee.

During the examination, the candidates will have to do their rough work in the space provided in the WBJEE question booklet. Candidates will not be provided extra papers to do the rough work. The authorities will also not allow the candidates to bring separate papers to the WBJEE exam centre. All of the rough work has to be done at the provided space and submitted to the authorities.
